Poloz talks down loonie in Bank of Canada report

The Bank of Canada is leaving the key rate unchanged at 0.5%. Karl Schamotta, Director of FX Research at Cambridge Global Payments says that there was a clear tone of cautious optimism in the Bank’s Monetary Policy Report as BoC Governor Stephen Poloz tries to talk down the Canadian dollar.
